Tunç Berkman completed his university education at Syracuse University and his MBA at Babson College. Working life started at Monitor Company/consultant in New York as he took part in projects relaing to retail and Telco sectors and returned to Turkey in 2000.
He began his career at Koc Holding in Turkey. Tunc Berkman several acquisitions in this process, establishing the company as well as Turkey's most comprehensive e-transformation project was managed on behalf of Koç Group. Turkey's first online travel company founded BookinTurkey during this task. He established the first data-based marketing company "Tanı / Paro". Between 2005 and 2007, he became the Manager of Arçelik Marketing Group. Tunç Berkman in 2007, started to work as Avea Strategic Planning Director.
Tunç Berkman, who wanted to work in a different style after a while and started to work as the General Manager of People Communications Communication Agency, took the first steps regarding entrepreneurship during this period. One of Turkey's first licensed angel investors Tunc Berkman, invested in different subjects, and this process has taken a big step. In 2012, he was transferred to Veritas Media as a general manager. In December 2013, he was transferred to Vestel as Deputy General Manager responsible for marketing. In November 2019, he left his job at Vestel and started to deal with his own initiatives as a partner in the investment and consultancy company called TBS Investment & Management Company.
In 2010, he became an investor partner in a brand in the field of tea retail with the Chado Tea brand. Founded Mobilexpress brand in 2011. He invested in a shared office business model called WorqCompany. Tunç Berkman, who has worked as an independent consultant for Divera AI Artificial Intelligence-based marketing company, as a board consultant at British Bolt Insight and as a consultant on the board of directors of Capital Sports Media, recently invested in Triber Shop, Directik and Zack AI. He is actively a member of The Young Managers and Business People Association, Board of Directors Members Association (YUD), Arya Women Investment Committee.
